TYPE
Dex-O-Tex Terrazzo "M" is an epoxy resin composition deck covering which is customarily applied to a thickness of 1/4" (6mm), although it can be installed thicker if desired to produce slope for drainage or fair out irregularities in metal decking. Terrazzo "M" is trowel-applied to form a sanitary, jointless, virtually impermeable surface. Service testing establishes that this deck covering permanently protects metal decks from corrosion. It can easily be coved up at bulkheads to form a sanitary base. Dex-O-Tex Terrzazzo "M" is available in a variety of attractive colors incorporating a wide range of decorative marble aggregates.

Typical installations of Dex-O-Tex Terrazzo "M" include showers, toilet spaces, galleys, laundries, and other wet spaces. Dex-O-Tex Terrazzo "M" is manufactured to meet the requirements of U.S. Department of Defense Specification MIL-D-3134H ("Deck Covering Materials"), Type I, Class 2; and MIL-D-24613, Type I, Class 3.
